GRAYSLAKE HERITAGE CENTER

The Grayslake Heritage Center located in downtown Grayslake is home for our Open Stage and Song Circle. This intimate space in a building rich with history and warmth of community is in perfect alignment with the folk music tradition we proselytize at our club events.

The Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum has become well known for assembling and displaying a wide variety of fascinating exhibits centered on Grayslake history. And we are part of that rich history. The Lake County Folk Club was founded in October 1991 at the Last Chance Saloon in downtown Grayslake.

GRAYSLAKE VILLAGE HALL

The LCFC is very excited to  host our concerts at the beautiful Grayslake Village Hall theater space on the 3rd Sunday of every month. 

The Village Hall is located in downtown Grayslake, just west of the railroad tracks, and just a couple of blocks away from the Heritage Center. Ample parking is located along the street and behind the Village Hall in a free public lot.

FOX VALLEY FOLK FESTIVAL

The Lake County Folk Club is always proud to be a part of the wonderful Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival which is held every Labor Day weekend in Geneva.

Enjoy this wonderful Folk Festival with Storytelling, workshops, crafts, jamming at a beautiful Island setting in the Fox River. Lake County Folk Club performers are featured each day, along with other regional Folklife Organizations in round robin performances to kick off each day on one of the eight open air stages.
